By downloading or using CartFit, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CartFit application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CartFit is a personalized nutrition and meal planning application. The App provides calorie and macro calculations, daily and weekly meal plans, food tracking, and water tracking features based on information you provide.

3. Not Medical Advice

CartFit is for informational and wellness purposes only. The content provided by CartFit, including meal plans, calorie targets, and macro recommendations, does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

4. User Accounts

You must sign in using Apple or Google to use CartFit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

CartFit offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro features are available via monthly or annual subscription billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

All content, features, and functionality of CartFit — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of CartFit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CartFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CartFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
